Terms of Service
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
Rezillient is an AI-powered business services platform operated by Sami Safadi ("Rezillient", "we", "us", "our"). We provide AI-assisted services including content and marketing, automation tools, and consultancy. Our platform is accessible at rezillient.com.
2. Services
Rezillient provides the following categories of service:
- AI Content & Marketing — strategy and execution using AI tools to support your business goals
- AI Skills — standalone AI tools built to automate specific business tasks
- AI Consultancy & Automation — process mapping and AI system implementation
All services are subject to individual scoping and a formal quotation before work begins. Prices shown on our platform are indicative only.
3. Accounts
To access the platform, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported OAuth provider (Google, LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Rezillient is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the amount specified in your formal quotation.
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon agreement and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables and intellectual property transfer only upon receipt of full payment.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Rezillient does not store your payment card details, all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
5. Revisions and Scope
The number of revision rounds included in each service is specified in your quotation. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately before proceeding. Rezillient will always notify you before undertaking any billable work beyond the original agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All work produced by Rezillient for you becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Until that point, all work remains the intellectual property of Rezillient.
Rezillient retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio or case studies, with your prior written permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some services involve AI-generated content, images, or automated responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may require review and approval before use
- Rezillient is not liable for AI-generated content used by you after delivery and approval
- You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
8. Confidentiality
Rezillient treats all client information, business processes, and materials shared during engagements as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except where required to deliver the agreed service (e.g., integration with Make.com, HubSpot, WATI).
Where requested, Rezillient will enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rezillient provides services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for:
- Third-party platform outages (Google, Meta, Stripe, Supabase, Make.com, WATI, or others)
- Customer response rates to automated review requests or follow-up sequences
- Search engine rankings or traffic outcomes from SEO services
- AI-generated responses that fall outside configured parameters after client approval
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice after any minimum commitment period has been met. Deposits paid are non-refundable unless Rezillient is unable to deliver the agreed service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Rezillient is registered at the time of your agreement. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
12. Changes to These Terms
Rezillient may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
