Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rezillient LLC collects, uses, stores and protects your data. Plain words, no burying: we collect only what we need to run your services, and we do not sell it. Ever.
1. Who We Are
Rezillient LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2647490.01), Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE. Contact: hello@rezillient.com.
Plain words, no burying: we collect only what we need to run your services, and we do not sell it. Ever.
2. What We Collect
- Account data: your name, business name and email address.
- Business information you give us so we can run your services, for example your goals, brand notes, opening hours and the accounts you choose to connect.
- Service data generated while we work for you: requests, approvals, reports, metrics.
- Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe, never by us.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the platform secure and working.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver and improve the services in your plan.
- To show you honest, current service status and results in your dashboard.
- To process payments through Stripe and send you service emails: sign in links, receipts, service notifications.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
4. Third Party Processors
- Netlify: platform and website hosting.
- Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in the EU (Ireland).
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Resend: transactional email, sign in links and service notifications.
- Anthropic (Claude API): AI assistance inside the platform.
- Google, Meta and similar platforms: only for the accounts you explicitly connect to your services.
We share only the minimum data each provider needs to deliver your service. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and process your data in line with UAE data protection law. If we add or change a processor that handles your data, we flag it in your dashboard with the next update to this policy.
5. Data We Process For You
Some services store data belonging to your own customers, for example leads and contact details, inside your workspace. That data is yours: you are its owner and controller, and we process it only on your instructions and only to deliver your services. We never use it for anything else, and it is returned or deleted when you leave, as you direct. A data processing summary is available on request at hello@rezillient.com.
6. Storage and Security
- Row level security on all database tables: your data is only reachable by your account and our vetted admin access.
- All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS and TLS).
- Sign in is by secure one time email link. We store no passwords, and we never ask for the passwords to your external accounts.
- Card data is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI DSS; we never see it.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you leave, you can take a full export of your data with you; ask any time. If you ask us to delete your personal data, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep to meet legal or accounting obligations; routine backups age out on their own rotation shortly after.
8. Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Receive a full export of your data.
- Ask for deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw a previously given consent.

9. If Something Goes Wrong
If we become aware of a breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure of your data, we notify you in writing without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware. The notice describes what happened, what data was affected, the likely consequences and the measures we are taking. We also meet our own duties under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
10. Cookies
Our platform uses only functional cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
11. Children
Our platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
12. Governing Law and Changes
We handle personal data in line with UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. If we change this policy we post the new version here with a new effective date and flag material changes to active subscribers in their dashboard.
