This Privacy Policy explains how Rezillient (operated by Sami Safadi) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our platform or engage our services.
We collect only what we need. We store it securely. We do not sell it. Ever.
1. What We Collect
Information you provide
- Name and email address when you create an account
- Business name and description during onboarding
- Payment information, processed and stored by Stripe, not by Rezillient
- Any materials, briefs, or data you share with us during a service engagement
Information collected automatically
- Login method (Google, LinkedIn, or email)
- Platform usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
- Device and browser type for security and compatibility purposes
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver the services you have purchased
- Process payments through Stripe
- Send service-related communications (project updates, invoices, delivery confirmations)
- Improve our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
3. Third-Party Services
To deliver our services, we work with the following third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy and security standards:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI response generation
- Make.com — workflow automation
- Google — OAuth login and optional Google Business Profile services
- LinkedIn — OAuth login
- WATI — WhatsApp Business API communications (where applicable)
- Netlify — platform hosting
We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider to deliver your service.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (West Ireland). We apply the following security measures:
- Row-level security (RLS) on all database tables, so your data is only accessible to your account
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication is handled via Supabase with OAuth support (Google, LinkedIn)
- No passwords are stored by Rezillient, authentication is handled by trusted OAuth providers or Supabase's secure systems
- Payment data is never stored by Rezillient, Stripe handles all card data under PCI-DSS compliance
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., invoicing records).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Cookies
Our platform uses only functional cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
8. Children
Our platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
